- Hands on operator (run a fuel station on a full time basis);

Profile
- South African citizen;
- Preference will be given to black (As defined in the BEE Act) candidates;
- Male and Female, however preference will be given to black female candidates;
- Meets the Shell Anti Bribery and Corruption and Integrity Due Diligent compliance requirements and verification;
- Must contribute your own cash of at least R1,000,000 or 15% of the business price—whichever is higher.

Entrepreneur
- Must have practical business experience – corporate at SENIOR Management Level or running a business of atleast 5 years; Business with over R1 million rand annual revenue
- Entrepreneurial/Innovative/Attention to detail and willingness to work long hours;
- Critical understanding of retail economics and the petroleum industry/financially literate;
- Passion for customers, energising teams to deliver in a high pressure and issues driven environment;
- Leadership
- Disciplined and committed – has business operating principles and use them to deliver results consistently.
- Retail experience preferred
