Prospective candidates should possess the following qualifications & knowledge:

Completed Tertiary Qualification Business Degree or equivalent education standard

Minimum of 5 years in an owner, director or senior level management role in the Retail or Service industry with Profit & Loss responsibilities.

Senior level management experience with multiple units or direct supervision of 15 employees or more would be considered a strong asset.

Knowledge on HSSE; Sales & Marketing; Wet Stock Control; Financial Management; People Management and Customer Service Management.

Preference will be given to candidates who meet the criteria for advancement under the B‑BBEE Act both male and female. Candidates to meet the Shell ABC and IDD compliance requirements and verification. All appointments will be made based on merit, relevant experience, and alignment with operational requirements.
