Active Management: must be willing to be a hands-on operator and work on site on a full-time basis

Prospective candidates should possess the following qualifications & knowledge:

Completed Tertiary Qualification Business Degree or equivalent education standard

Minimum of 5 years in an owner, director or senior level management role in the Retail or Service industry with Profit & Loss responsibilities.

Senior level management experience with multiple units or direct supervision of 10 employees or more would be considered a strong asset.

Knowledge on HSSE; Sales & Marketing; Wet Stock Control; Financial Management; People Management and Customer Service Management.

Financial Requirements:

Have a minimum of R5 million as unencumbered cash from personal resources, you will be required provide proof of the necessary cash funds.

Clean Credit record with manageable / minimal personal debt.

Preference will be given to black candidates as defined in the BEE Act, both male and female however preference will be given to black female candidates. Candidates to meet the Shell ABC and IDD compliance requirements and verification.
