Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Applicants must have:
A completed tertiary qualification (preferably a Business Degree or equivalent)
At least 5 years’ experience as an owner, director, or senior manager in the Retail or Service industry, with full Profit and Loss responsibility
Strong Knowledge in: HSSE; Sales & Marketing; Wet Stock Control; Financial Management; People Management; Customer Service Management
Financial Requirements
- Minimum R1.5 million unencumbered cash from personal resources (proof required)
- Clean credit record with minimal, manageable debt.
In alignment with the BEE Act and Shell’s Nation Building ambition, preference will be given to Black African candidates—both male and female—with prioritisation of Black African female applicants.
