Johannesburg − Shell South Africa Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Shell plc (Shell), has agreed to sell its equity interest in Shell Downstream South Africa (Pty) Ltd (SDSA) to Abu Dhabi National Oil Company for Distribution PJSC (ADNOC Distribution).
